Can other Member Firm Lawyers participate?

Other members of your firm are welcome to participate in the webinar, but must register in advance to receive a login link.  Please have them complete their registrations as soon as possible via the registration link provided on the webinar pages.

Will CLE credit be available for WGLO webinars?

CLE Credit is awarded only for live participation in WGLO's webinar, no credit will be issued by WGLO for any instance of the recording.

Wherever possible WGLO will submit CLE applications to the states we apply to for our seminars.  However, since the applications must be submitted following the webinar, we cannot guarantee credit will be issued until the approvals are received from the individual states.

Why do I need to complete the Attorney Affirmation form?

Some states require that participants record specific code words and the times they are used during the webinar. These code words will be announced by the speakers during the event.  Prior to the session we will send you an Attorney Affirmation form to record those code words and times.

Note: Failure to properly complete your Attorney Affirmation form with the correct code words may result in your being denied CLE credit.
